Description of Service
NotebookLM Web Importer is a browser extension that allows users to import web pages and YouTube video content to Google's NotebookLM service. The Service provides:
- One-click importing of web page content to NotebookLM
- YouTube video transcript and metadata extraction
- User authentication through Clerk and Google OAuth
- Integration with Google's NotebookLM platform
User Accounts and Authentication
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account through our authentication system powered by Clerk. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including:
- Google NotebookLM: Content imported through our Service is subject to Google's terms of service
- Clerk: Authentication services are subject to Clerk's terms of service
- YouTube: Video content extraction is subject to YouTube's terms of service
We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain the availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
